HOW WE BUILD IT

From your working hours to a clear booking journey.

We do not start with an empty calendar. We establish which services customers can book, who provides them, how long they take, where they happen and what customers need to tell you. Then we configure availability rules and test the complete journey on mobile and desktop.

01

Define the services

Duration, price or deposit, staff, location, breaks and the questions needed before an appointment.

02

Configure the experience

Booking steps, confirmations, reminders and any payments are chosen to fit your actual process.

03

Test and hand over

We check availability, booking, permitted cancellation or rescheduling, and the messages received by customers and staff.

You receive a website with its booking flow configured, access to manage appointments and instructions for updating services. Integrations and recurring costs are stated in the quote before implementation.

A JOURNEY THAT FITS THE SERVICE

Examples of rules that change the experience.

A salon may need different durations for each service, specialists with their own schedules and preparation time between clients. A consultant may offer online and in-person meetings, with questions before the session and clear time zones. For courses or events, available places, dates, participants and cancellation rules matter. These situations do not share one default configuration.

The booking form should ask only for information needed to make the right choice. If there is a deposit, full payment or payment at the appointment, the rule must be clear before confirmation. Messages to the customer and team should include the date, time, service, location or online link and relevant instructions. We also define what happens when someone reschedules, cancels or does not attend.

OPERATING AFTER LAUNCH

The calendar should remain accurate and easy to manage.

You need a way to update services, staff, working hours and unavailable dates without editing the presentation page. We check who can manage bookings and how you hear about a new request. If you already use an external calendar or email system, we verify compatibility and integration before including it in the proposal.

A booking system needs updates, backups and periodic checks of notifications and payments. To decide whether you also need a new website, see the business website structure. You can try the JAMT demonstration, then describe your services, team and preferred rules for a concrete proposal.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few useful things before we start.

Can the website support events and tickets?

We can assess an event, capacity and ticketing flow when the available extensions and project requirements support it. This is scoped separately from individual appointments.

What if the service has no fixed price?

The journey can start with a consultation or assessment. The proposal and work appointment follow once the details are clear.

LET’S START WITH YOUR IDEA

What would you like to build?

Tell me which services you offer, how many people take bookings and whether you need payments or reminders. We will define the flow and the quote together.
