USEFUL INFORMATION

Privacy policy

How your information is used when you request a quote, use your account or work with us.

Who is responsible for your information

Trading name: JAMT.

Operator and service provider: JAMT.

Contact address: N/A, România.

Email: i@jamt.ro.

For personal-data questions, use the email address above. This notice covers this website and its direct client relationships; portfolio websites have their own policies.

What we use and why

  • Enquiries and projects: username, email, contact details you supply, goals, budget, answers, messages and files. We use these to respond and prepare or deliver the requested work. The basis is taking steps towards a contract or performing it; for business representatives, our legitimate interest in managing the business relationship.
  • Account: sign-in information, language, linked projects, messages and resources. When registration is open, you can create an account with a username and email and send messages without requesting a quote. We email a link to confirm the address and choose a password. We use the account for the service and conversations you request; you can make an initial enquiry by email without an account.
  • Payments and records: relevant order, invoice and confirmation information for the contract and applicable accounting or legal duties. Do not send full card details in chat.
  • Security: IP address, technical request information, abuse checks and logs. Registration rate limits use cryptographically derived IP/email identifiers in 15-minute and one-hour windows, for our legitimate interest in protecting accounts and the service.

Account, quote and project notifications are part of the service you request. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry data.

Your conversation and files

Your enquiry draft, conversation and entered contact details may remain in the browser session so you can continue. These answers reach us when you submit the request; opening the form may separately generate technical security requests. Restart clears the saved draft for that form.

You can attach up to 5 files within the displayed limits. Enquiry files are held in the private project area with access checked for the owner and administrator. Notification emails do not include those files as attachments. Only send material you are entitled to use, and avoid identity documents, passwords or sensitive information that is not needed.

The automatic estimate is indicative and reviewed by a person before a proposal. It does not independently create a contract or a binding price.

External services and access

Necessary hosting, email and security providers, and payment, sign-in, appointment or online-meeting services you use, may process information needed for their function. Internal access is limited to people authorised to handle the request or service.

When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA loads when the quote form is submitted and may send technical information, including IP address, to Google. If you choose Google sign-in, the profile information approved on its sign-in screen is used. See Google’s privacy policy.

In the local search demonstration, location is requested only after you press the button and give browser permission, to select a nearby example; this demonstration does not save it to the server. Opening a map, appointment service or external website may send information to that provider.

Some providers may process information outside your country. You can ask about recipients used for your service and safeguards applicable to an international transfer. Transfers requiring legal safeguards must be covered before the relevant service is used.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose: whether an enquiry is active, an ongoing engagement, agreed support, record-keeping duties and the need to resolve complaints. Information should not be kept longer than these purposes justify. You can ask for the period or criteria applying to a particular request, file or account.

Deleting an account does not automatically remove records that must legally be retained. Backups and provider logs have their own replacement cycles. Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods.

Your rights and choices

Subject to the law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use. Some rights have exceptions, such as keeping an invoice required by law.

Email i@jamt.ro with your request. We may ask for information strictly needed to verify your identity. You can complain to the ICO, the UK data-protection regulator, or the competent authority in your country. For browser storage, see the Cookies page.

Form protection

When you submit the project form, Google reCAPTCHA v3 assesses the risk of an automated submission. The service may process technical data needed for verification under Google policies.
