These terms cover this website and the services presented here. The agreed written project proposal sets its specific deliverables and conditions. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
From enquiry to engagement
Submitting an enquiry, creating an account or seeing an estimate is not a paid order and does not require you to buy. Before paid work starts, we confirm the services, total price and currency, applicable taxes, milestones, timing and payment arrangements in writing. A payment obligation arises only after you expressly accept the terms provided.
“From” prices indicate a particular scope of work. Extra functions, revisions outside the package, licences, domains or hosting are added only when disclosed and accepted. Delivery timing may depend on receiving your materials and approvals; changes are communicated and agreed.
Materials, access and usage rights
You provide accurate information and material you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful or malicious files or unnecessary personal information. Keep credentials private and tell us if you notice unauthorised account access.
The proposal specifies source files, access and usage rights to be delivered, when delivery takes place and which payments are due. Your existing materials remain yours. Third-party fonts, images, components and services keep their own licence conditions; rights the provider does not hold are not promised for transfer. Portfolio use is agreed with the client.
Quality, ongoing services and limits
Services are performed with reasonable care and skill. Report a problem and provide information needed to investigate it; if the result does not meet the contract, the remedies provided by law and your agreement apply.
Maintenance, hosting and other ongoing services are included only if agreed, with price, period, renewal and ending arrangements explained before acceptance. We do not guarantee a Google ranking, a sales volume or a permanent score of 100 in a performance test.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any commercial liability limits are addressed in the contract and do not override mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation, complaints and external websites
Cancellation and refund arrangements are explained on the dedicated page. For a complaint, email i@jamt.ro with the project reference, the issue and the outcome you seek. We will review it and explain our response and appropriate next steps; applicable legal deadlines still apply.
Project and demonstration links lead to services with their own rules. A project marked 18+ asks for age confirmation before opening that website. Changes to this page do not retrospectively alter an accepted proposal. Consumers retain mandatory protections and access to the competent courts under applicable law.
