This notice describes the current JAMT form and website functions in plain language.
INFORMATION YOU SEND
Minimal collection under your control.

We collect only information you choose to send — such as your name, email, business details, objectives and requested features — so we can respond and assess a possible project.
Unsubmitted JAMT Assistant answers are kept temporarily in your browser session. They reach JAMT only after you explicitly press the send button.
USE AND RETENTION
Limited to your enquiry and service operation.
Submitted data is used to answer the enquiry, prepare a discussion or proposal and protect the form from abuse. Enquiries are not sold or used for automated marketing without a separate choice.
Messages may be processed by the hosting and email providers needed to operate the service. Technical security logs may include IP address, browser type, access time and errors. Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, security and any resulting contractual or legal obligations.
YOUR CHOICES
Questions, requests and optional technology.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by emailing i@jamt.ro. You may withdraw a consent-based choice without affecting earlier processing, and you may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
The JAMT website does not enable advertising or analytics cookies through this system. If optional services are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated before they are activated.
