HOW THE STORE IS BUILT
From catalogue to order and handover.
We start with what you sell: physical products, services, packages or digital files. We agree what buyers need to see before ordering — description, variations, price, availability, delivery and terms. Then we organise categories, useful filters and product pages. A small catalogue can be simple; a larger inventory needs rules for imports, images, stock and updates.
We configure the basket, checkout, order messages and agreed payment methods. For physical goods, we clarify delivery areas and charges; for digital files, how and for how long buyers can access their purchase. We test a complete order on mobile and desktop, emails, order states and the customer account when applicable. Handover includes guidance for managing products and orders.
CONTENT AND CONVERSION
Buyers need to know exactly what they receive.
A useful product page explains the benefit, what is included, any limits, available options and relevant terms. Photographs should show the product clearly and load efficiently. For services or packages, the description sets out the deliverables, steps and what happens after an order is placed. Mandatory charges should be clear before the final step.
The store structure also supports search: coherent categories, distinct titles, useful descriptions and links to delivery information, contact and policies. If you also accept quote requests, we separate products that can be bought directly from projects that need a discussion. The shop can connect with bookings or guided quotes, but those journeys are defined before implementation.
BEFORE LAUNCH
What should the proposal confirm?
Who supplies product data and photographs? Which currency, taxes, payment methods, delivery areas and commercial policies apply? Do you need accounts, discount codes, product variations or subscriptions? The answers affect the scope and should be recorded in the proposal.
The build price, recurring costs for hosting or external services and ongoing care are defined separately. Once live, a shop needs updates, backups and checkout checks. If you are still planning the structure, see how the base website is built and the pricing options, then describe the catalogue and customer journey in the quote form.
